    Please carefully review this Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to any order you place with us.

     

    WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

    Free Shipping

    We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders within India.

    Shipping Timelines

    • Orders are typically shipped the same or next day upon confirmation.
    • Delivery is expected within 10 working days for most retail orders.
    • For B2B orders, delivery may take up to 25 working days, depending on stock availability.
    • Customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS once the order has been shipped.

    Note: Unforeseen delays caused by external factors such as natural calamities, strikes, or courier disruptions may impact shipping timelines. We will keep customers informed in such cases.

     

    Third-Party Shipping

    In some instances, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and ship your order. SPPL ensures consistent service quality regardless of the supplier.

     

    DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

    Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

     

    SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

    • Deliveries are subject to service availability in your area.
    • If your location is undeliverable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

     

    DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
    Customers are advised to carefully inspect the delivery package at the time of receipt.

    • Do not accept the delivery if the box appears damaged. Notify the delivery personnel immediately and contact us to report the issue.
    • For large appliances such as TVs, washing machines, or ACs, customers must not open or move the box themselves. The box should only be opened and the product installed by the authorized service engineer.
    • If the customer opens the box without following this procedure and the product is found damaged, Shop SPPL will not be held liable.
    • It is strongly recommended to record a proper unboxing video, including checking the product's working condition. This video will serve as evidence in case of disputes.
    • If the TV is found damaged during installation, immediately report the issue to the brand's customer service and register a complaint for replacement.

    This process ensures a smooth and transparent resolution of any damage-related concerns.
